I became a hypnotist after a 39 year career as a registered nurse, after realizing the value of hypnosis for helping people change habits, behaviors, and manage pain. I am skilled and I develop a targeted hypnosis plan for each client based on their particular needs. Compassionate and confidential.
My background in nursing gives me an advantage in helping my clients get the results they want. I see clients for smoking, weight loss, and many other problems. I am the author of “Migraine Relief with Hypnosis” out in bookstores in June 2020, and “Quit Smoking Without Gaining Weight (working title)”, available in 2021.
