As a therapist, I have experience working with both teenage (age 15+) and adult clients experiencing Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, BPD, Bipolar Disorder, family/relationship conflict, childhood trauma (including sexual abuse), and reduced self-esteem. I use an individualized approach, drawing from treatments such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and Marriage Counseling.
At times it can be tough to put ourselves first, however it is never too late to start! I work with clients from adolescence through adulthood, and couples. I also work exclusively using TeleHealth (video sessions). This is a great option for those with busy work schedules, parenting demands, time constraints, health conditions and travel expenses.
