It is hard to imagine that change can happen after years of the same unhealthy patterns or falling back to the same unhealthy patterns. However, no person reaches a stage in life where one cannot make significant change. Do not allow what may have happened in the past cause you to lose sight of what the future may hold. I was drawn to this profession because I can see and value the worth and dignity of an individual. Together, we can embark the start of a new trajectory one where healing and growth take place.
My therapy style is direct yet casual conversational approach to help create a safe therapeutic environment. I specialize in treating a wide range of issues by increasing self-awareness, building resilience, and fostering positive communications/relationships.
My focus are my client's; therefore, I lead with compassion meeting you where you are.
