Hi, my name is BC. I have a deep passion for helping people move through personal transitions, work on identity and belonging, and strengthen their nervous system responses. I support people overcoming trauma, addictions, anxiety, mood disorders, and more. I love working with neurodivergent folks. We can explore our work through art therapy projects, mindfulness practices, or somatic experiencing. I will help you identify and strengthen your coping skills to work on outside of session. I blend a mix of psychoeducation and practical skill building. I offer preparation and integration sessions for adults utilizing psychedelic therapy.
I utilize a relational based approach that incorporates evidence based practices such as ACT, DBT, brain spotting, somatic/body work, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices. I will create a custom plan with you based off your needs, strengths, and preferences. I love accommodating different learning preferences.
I will work with you and help you find solutions and answers to your own questions. I draw from empirically based modalities, personal creativity, humor and nature-based experiences to support you. I'm invested in making sure I am the right person to support your process. We will collaborate together to empower you to move towards the life you want to live.
