Substance Abuse Recovery
This group is open to adults age 21+ who need support around their substance use. Group members will be supported in setting both short-term and long-term goals for themselves that range anywhere from reducing use to remaining sober from some or all substances.

Grief & Loss: Loss of a Parent
Sage Therapy Chicago is happy to announce a new therapy group for adults experiencing grief due to the loss of a parent/guardian. We aim to provide a supportive space for participants to grieve openly and encourage emotional healing by sharing similar experiences. The group will also discuss resources concerning self-care, intentional connection, and mindfulness. This group will meet virtually on Zoom.
