I utilize Evidence Based practices such as CBT, Solution Focus, Person Centered and DBT for addiction and recovery, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression to help you in developing coping skills to walk through this healing process and help you to start living. I meet you where you are at and together, you will begin the healing process.
