I have 14 years of outpatient therapy experience, including telehealth, and am able to practice under the PSYPACT authority, which currently covers 31 states in the US. Treatment is focused in the cognitive-behavioral model with specific interventions for sleep/insomnia and PTSD/trauma exposure, as well as other general mental health issues.
