While I love working with teens and college students, I also work with older adults. I have experience with ADHD, brain injuries, grief, and anxiety, and I’m committed to helping you navigate these challenges.
I use evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients of all ages work through challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues.
