Hi! My name is Dr. Andre Marseille, and I am a trained Existentialist and Positive Psychotherapist (PPT). Not to be confused with Positive Psychology, my goal in therapy is to help clients achieve Life-Balance. According to PPT, life can be understood across four domains: (1) body/health, (2) work/achievement, (3) relationships/traditions, and (4) meaning/fantasy/spirituality. The challenges of globalization and our increasingly cross-cultural world make it harder for people to maintain Life-Balance, yet it is essential for leading a mentally healthy and meaningful life.
As an existentialist therapist, I guide clients in exploring the deeper, more meaningful aspects of life, such as meaning and purpose, life and death, love, happiness, and connection. These core pillars often form the foundation of our emotional struggles and psychological concerns.
With over 15 years of diverse counseling experience, I have worked with people all over the world and find that we are more alike then different.
