As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I provide psychotherapy to adults and families to assess needs, build trust and explore issues. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy to process negative core beliefs, Motivational Interviewing Techniques to resolve ambivalence, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process traumatic memories.
