Do you ever feel overwhelmed or weighed down by the curveballs life has thrown at you? As if there are a lot of feelings or thoughts whirling inside you that you cannot explain or understand? Or maybe you just don't feel like yourself anymore but can't put a finger on when or why things changed. I believe that a genuine therapeutic relationship and a nonjudgmental space to explore our stories can help us heal what feels broken. The most common issues I enjoy working with are depression, grief, adjustment to major life/career changes, ADHD symptom management and relationship troubles.
My main goal in each session is to operate from a place of playful curiosity and genuine connection. All identities are welcome in my (virtual) office! As an ally to the LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and many other historically marginalized communities, I recognize the importance of honoring each person as a whole in all of their identities.
