My clinical strengths include working with life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, teen mental health, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and university students with a primary specialty in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Exposure Therapy.
