In my work with clients, we start to map out these unconscious cycles, identify how to enact change and combat any obstacles that may arise.
I'm a licensed counselor. I received a Master's degree from USF's Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling program, with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy.
