I work with adolescents and adults who may be coping with a variety of challenges including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, sexual orientation, gender identity, emptiness, substance use, and relationship issues. I work with individuals who are struggling with their sense of self and may feel lost, alone, and unsure where to begin. My clients want to feel more secure in who they are and more confident with how to be.
I am a solution focused clinician who is inherently strength based. I help my clients explore what matters to them, what makes them who they are, and then identify what they want their life to look and feel like. From there we work backward and explore what they have control over and how to start working toward their desired outcome
