Whether that's reclamation from purity culture, dismantling limiting beliefs, growth in embodiment, breaking free from shame, recovery from sexual trauma, sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, infidelity, and getting to the root of sexual concerns to heal underlying shame, fear, and grief.

My therapy approach is holistic (exploring issues of the body, heart, and soul) and relationally-focused. I view the therapy process as a relationship that holds up a mirror for you, gives you a space to feel seen, heard and known, meets you with curiosity and compassion and encourages honesty and authenticity, most importantly with yourself.

Much of the pain and struggle in our lives, as well as our comfort and joy, come through relationship. If our problems and pain come through relationship, it only makes sense that our healing comes through relationship as well. You are not alone and it is my honor to walk alongside you in your journey to greater hope, freedom and peace.
