I offer holistic mental health services, which include genetic testing, medication mgmt & psychotherapy for anxiety/PTSD and other mood disorders.
Experienced integrative medicine/functional medicine provider incorporating adjunct wellness, mindfulness techniques, and lifestyle modifications that improve the health of the gut microbiome and consequently mental health and mood improvements as well as medication management where appropriate and weight management techniques that impact treatment outcomes.
I offer Telehealth visits, including 60-90-minute initial psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up, as well as 45-minute psychotherapy sessions.
