Sally Sacks is a seasoned psychotherapist with years of experience. She takes an eclectic approach to counseling. "Use what works, and have a large bag of tricks!" Sally holds a Master's degree in Education/Psychology, and a Richard Bandler certification in neurolingiustic programming (NLP). Sally is trained in hypnosis, and energy therapies. All of these skills help to teach people how to communicate effectively, and therefore improve all relationships.
Specialties are relationship issues, anxiety, depression, cancer diagnosis, OCD,, parenting and adolescent issues. Sally is the author of "How to Raise the Next President", a guide to raising happy, emotionally developed children. Sally has lectured and written for websites nationally and internationally. Teaching is key. We teach clients how the mind works and why their thoughts and actions aren't working for them. We follow by offering hands on tools, and we have many, to transform ineffective thinking and behaviors. We love sharing our knowledge to help others be happy and free.

Eden Road Yoga Classes
Tuesday evening from 6-7pm via zoom. Sunday afternoon 4 to 5 pm EST. Class focuses on mindfulness, changing old movies and patterns that keep you stuck, and strengthening the body/mind connection. Call for code to attend. $10.00 per class for all.
