Over 14 years working with over 1,000 individuals of all ages. 12+ years of experience in foster care. Every day I’m grateful to witness lives getting better. I care and work with all of my heart. I'm dedicated to teaching others how to love/accept themselves and heal deep wounds of their past through evidenced-based techniques (EMDR therapist).

Guiding others through difficult circumstances, I’m very passionate about helping them view their painful experiences as opportunities and stepping stones for substantial personal, relational, and spiritual growth. I work primarily w/ women. I'm an EMDR therapist and offer Christian counseling. All sessions via are telehealth. Insurances accepted.
