| español I am a Bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in South Florida. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, providing individual, family, and couples therapy. I see clients with a variety of clinical diagnoses and issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral problems, divorce issues, separation, stress management, relationship issues, sexual problems, communication difficulties, and adjustment issues among others. In psychotherapy I use an eclectic approach, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Psychotherapy is a safe place where you can speak without being judged.
It is also a place to heal and learn diverse coping techniques that you can use on a daily basis to create healthy habits and enhance your overall wellness. Relaxation techniques, cognitive restructuring, emotional modulation, communication, organizational skills, and understanding of family patterns will be some of the tools you will learn in session.
