I specialize in working with girls and women who are searching for support related to anxiety, depression, body image & self esteem related issues, eating disorders, relationships, trauma, and life transitions.
As a therapist, I provide person-centered therapy, and I adapt counseling toward your strengths and your interests. Additionally, I approach counseling with the expectation that you and I are a team on your path toward healing. I am a relationally inclined therapist who believes building trust and rapport in therapy is a key step toward your healing journey.
