Hello there! I'm Sabrina, and I believe in the transformative power of counseling. I have experience working with individuals of all ages with complex issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, domestic violence, and more. My therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed care. I draw upon the principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy to empower individuals to cultivate hope, autonomy, accountability, and resilience. I am trained in EMDR therapy, a powerful approach that can elicit real change for trauma survivors.
I believe in creating a safe and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, discover their strengths, and work towards positive change. As your therapist, I will make it my priority to create a safe environment for you to express what you are struggling with.
