My name is Sabra and I've been in practice for over forty years. I love what I do...helping people resolve traumas from their past, deal with stressors in their present life, and provide tools for dealing with the future. I specialize in brief, problem-focused therapy. I am patient - centered. I am eclectic - which means that I use many methods that I have gathered over the years. I am trained in EMDR which is a trauma oriented therapy. I'm good at what I do and I get results.
