While I bring a peaceful, cozy vibe to our sessions, I don’t shy away from addressing the deeper, more challenging issues. I have extensive experience in treating trauma, life transitions, self-acceptance, anxiety, depression, mens issues and sexual abuse. Together we will create a relational environment that feels safe, grounded, and connected. Cozy blankets are encouraged!
My goal is to draw you back into you, reconnecting with your most authentic self. In our sessions, we'll create space to explore, to be right and wrong, and lean into the therapeutic relationship we create together. I believe in the healing power of safe and healthy relationships, and I am excited to know and experience that with you.
I have an integrative, eclectic approach to therapy. I use techniques based in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic therapy, TF-CBT, an art therapy.
