Ryann’s clinical experience includes play therapy, expressive arts therapy, group therapy, couples counseling, and individual talk-therapy. She has also worked with domestic violence survivors in Dallas shelters running psycho-educational groups and expressive art therapy groups with clients. She is passionate about working with adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral struggles, chronic illness, grief, self-esteem, life transitions and daily life stressors. Ryann also works with couples experiencing relational distress/conflict.
Clients can expect to be welcomed into their counseling sessions with warmth and a listening ear to talk about any feelings they are experiencing. Clients can look forward to receiving effective coping skills to implement outside of therapy, along with achievable goals set in place to help clients reach success in their mental health journey’s.
