My goal is to help you explore and understand these feelings, learn ways to cope, and ultimately help you feel confident and find joy.
The two things I'm most passionate about are people and mental health! With this in mind, I use an empathetic, open approach to therapy, and understand each client may require different techniques. I enjoy being able to connect with my clients and hope to provide a safe, non-judgmental space.
I believe the therapeutic relationship to be one of the most important things for successful therapy.
