As an experienced Clinical Social Worker, I offer support in many areas of life but specialize in grief, perinatal loss, and postpartum support. I tailor my approach to meet your needs and am experienced in CBT and DBT. I am committed to guiding children through mature adults on their healing journey. I encourage clients to utilize their inner resources to build resilience, overcome current and past challenges and gain a greater sense of well-being.

I specialize in offering support to individuals who are grieving and this journey is an incredibly personal one. My therapeutic approach is tailored to the individual and their needs. Offering different therapeutic approaches, my clients are the captain of their ship and through working together I help guide them through the storm.

I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and believe that everyone deserves to live their best life! I am also a Qualified Supervisor and provide training and consultation services to professionals, within and outside, the behavioral healthcare field looking to achieve personal and professional growth.
