Welcome! My name is Ryann, and I’m a clinical intern supervised by Traci Marant, LPC-S, RPT. With the recognition that past experiences and current pressures shape our self-beliefs and worldview, I help clients identify their unique gifts and live in alignment with their values and goals. I work with children, teens, emerging adults, and adults.
As a former professional track athlete and athletics coach, I have great appreciation for the intersection between mind, body, and spirit. I often incorporate play, movement, and mindfulness into my sessions in order to help address presenting problems related to anxiety, perfectionism, confidence, grief, trauma, and/or behavioral issues.
I strive to create an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Counseling can be challenging, and it is of utmost importance to me that each client feels the safety to be themselves and take the risks required for growth.
