My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients to process thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I strive to create this environment by being an active listener, empathetic, caring, and understanding. I create this environment by making use of person-centered, cognitive behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing modalities.
I believe that each client's therapeutic experience should be catered to them individually in an environment that allows them to be themselves.
