Holding dual Master's Degrees in Spiritual Psychology and Depth Psychology, I work from an East/West perspective to heal trauma and alleviate anxiety. Grounded in eastern mindfulness, I am also trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I often use a combination of these modalities based on your specific needs.
