As a co-owner of Roots Counseling and Wellness, LLC, my mission is to provide clients with the necessary skills and support on their pathway to wellness. My approach utilizes evidenced based modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and relapse prevention.
