Working from the perspective of the interpersonal process approach, I seek to develop an affirming therapeutic alliance as the foundation for the work ahead. Once that foundation has been built, healing can begin to take place.
I have experience working with survivors of trauma, those who wish to change their relationship with substances, and people adapting to the many changes within the course of life. A supportive, healing relationship can be the catalyst for us tapping into our strengths and helping us build the life we want to live.
