I bring warmth and compassion to the counseling relationship with adolescent, young adult, and adult clients. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Restoration Therapy (Hargrave), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) are the most prominent influences on my eclectic approach, and because of my experience as a pastor and chaplain, I may be particularly helpful to clients looking to explore the integration of their faith and mental health. I am equally committed to coming alongside clients for whom faith is not a priority or who may come from a different background.
