My name is Ryan Mathis LICSW No. 5055. I have a multi modal approach to therapy, no one style is applied to all of my clients. I choose to adapt my style based on what you respond to and focus on finding success through your strengths. I am adaptive to your needs, do you like humor?, serious tone?, talking about your favorite hobby? It is up to you, we will work within and discover your boundaries to create your ideal space.
We will determine who you want to be, where you want to be, or what you want to accomplish and we will break that down into steps that lead you in the direction of achieving those goals. We will analyze your decisions, behaviors and thoughts and coach you on how to determine which of those will lead you closer or further from your goal.
We will focus on building some rapport and allow you to establish your comfort zones and boundaries. We will discuss what you want to work on and establish how you like to communicate.
