My goal is to collaborate with clients through building resources and reaching meaningful insights while getting to know authentic Self. Everybody has the right to feel seen, heard, and validated in their experience(s). It is imperative to understand my clients and develop treatment goals from the context of intersectionality and social justice. I am supportive of all genders & sexual orientations, relationship structures, kinks, STI/STDs statuses, & more.
My areas of focus and experience are trauma, attachment, relationship concerns, sex therapy, and intuitive eating. I integrate EMDR, Constructed Awareness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My practice is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and guided by a Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating lens.
