More concretely this may look like examining different relationship patterns that you find yourself falling into and how you cope with the challenges in your life. In fact, the relationship that forms between yourself and the therapist serves as a tool to help change the way you relate to others outside of the office.
I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy to adults with the goal of helping patients understand how their relational patterns and life experiences influence their personal and professional lives in order to create lasting change.
