I enjoy watching clients grow session after session, becoming more confident in themselves, and increasing their overall self-worth and appreciation for everything in their lives. I tailor my treatment style and approach towards the needs of my clients, based on what they would like to accomplish.
While using talk therapy, listening, and allowing my clients to express their true feelings, I provide a comfortable environment for clients to share themselves with no judgment. I also incorporate mindfulness techniques and tools into sessions, including guided imagery exercises, teaching these techniques so they can incorporate them into their own lives.
