Life can be really tough sometimes and has been for a lot of people lately. Between the stress of a pandemic which has come with a lot of health concerns, job stress, and financial issues, and then there is still the rest of life and its stressors to deal with on top of that. At this point, no one is immune to mental distress, and no one should feel like they can’t, shouldn’t, or aren’t worthy of having someone to help them through it. I can and want to be there for you in this way.
My goal with any of my clients is to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring problem areas that are currently impacting your life and mental health, identifying goals for change, and working collaboratively to achieve these goals.
Delectable Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Due to the nature of the pandemic, and the continued need, I am currently offering primarily telehealth treatment, however, am willing to take and discuss inquiries regarding in-person therapy.
