My typical client is seeking relief from their painful past, however recent or remote, and a clearer path in the present and future. That includes mostly individuals, but also many couples that are looking to repair relationships, harmed by individual trauma or other circumstances.
My approach is at once welcoming and easy, and also structured from the beginning, and my primary specialty is EMDR. Trauma is the easiest hurdle to overcome and is therefore my first focus. When trauma resolves, other issues usually become easier to manage.
