I use highly practical trauma-informed interventions that are tailored to address the unique needs of each person.
I specialize in the treatment of early attachment trauma using NARM. Attachment trauma is the soil in which our personal challenges root, and by addressing it, positive and pervasive personal change happens. NARM doesn't require revisiting challenging early memories, and sessions are often a peaceful experience with results that last over time.
