I'm a Counselor, Supervisor, and Consultant who provides therapy for adolescents and adults including individual, couples, and families. I also offer clinical supervision services and high performance counseling/coaching. I generally take a strength-based approach believing that the mind and body can and wants to optimize, learn, and heal.
I'm experienced in treating trauma and abuse, vicarious trauma, anxiety/stress, mood disorders, wellness management, depression, anger, PTSD, career transitions, grieving and loss, family of origin issues, couples/marriage counseling, adolescent challenges, mental performance counseling, and coaching.
I have had trainings in many modalities including, but not limited to: Interpersonal Neurobiology, EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Brief Solutions Focused (SFBT), Emotion-Focused (EFT), and Advanced Crisis Intervention (CISM). I emphasize focus on healing attachment wounds through the wisdom of Attachment Theory as humans need healthy, connected relationships to truly thrive.
