Handspring is a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. We currently serve children (ages 8-18) and young adults (over age 18) who are looking for treatment for anxiety, depression, or behavioral difficulties. Our therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, organizational skills training, behavior therapy, exposure & response prevention, and parent management training.
We offer individual therapy, family therapy, and parenting training. Our approach tends to work best for families who are able to consistently engage in weekly sessions that are action-oriented, problem-focused, and collaborative.
I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist with 5 years of experience helping families and children navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression. I take a client-centered approach to foster healing.
