My work is inspired by a number of modalities including Transpersonal, Somatic, Emotion Focused Therapy, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic. I provide a safe non-judgmental space to unpack the complexity of your experience and develop deeper self-understanding, emotional regulation and relationship skills. All in service of creating lasting and fulfilling change.
