I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro (I am Bi-lingual, and I speak Spanish fluidly). I am a Licensed professional counselor (LPC). I am licensed in Virginia with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
