My goal as a therapist is to help empower you to make healthy life choices and changes in your life so you can be the best version of yourself. I greatly enjoy helping people change, grow and be who they authentically are, inside and out. I have experience with ADHD and Austic clientsI have experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, clients who have anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder. I am under the direct supervision of Heather Berger, MA, LPC at Dakota Valley Healing.
I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years and in that time I have seen many face difficult challenges yet still be able to flourish and thrive in the face of adversity. I am neurodivergent affirming and enjoy helping neurodivergent people learn to love and accept themselves exactly for who they are, not who NT people want them to be.
From a therapeutic standpoint I consider myself to be eclectic and use a host of techniques including person-centered, CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing as well as Existential/Humanistic. I look forward to working with you and helping you become your best self!
