I believe that psychotherapy is a meditative dialogue that is constructed between you and I with the purpose of creating a sacred space. The function of the dialogue within the sacred space is to access memories, symbolic images and past experiences that live in your unconscious, and bring those contents into present awareness. This entire process is to help your personality to grow and often decrease the experience of emotional and spiritual pain.
