Accepting New Folks! I am a Genderqueer and Neurodivergent Counselor specializing in complex trauma work. Working together, we will talk about your life and how it is influenced by your relationships with yourself, others, society, and Death. I primarily work with Queer, Autistic, Non-Monogamous, and/or Artistic folks. As a therapist, I believe in true collaborative care, which means that together we will figure out what you need for your health and well-being as well as create the structure you need for our conversations to do this difficult work safely.
As the therapy relationship is the most important part of therapy I can contribute toward your well-being, I take it very seriously. I believe that since most trauma is person to person, the best way to heal from trauma is through genuine connection with others. I hope to provide to you that through our relationship.
I practice from a holistic perspective and incorporate your body, culture, sociopolitical position, and your life context into how I understand you as a person and how we proceed in therapy.
