Welcome! My name is Felicia. I have had the pleasure of mental health field since starting my career in 2005. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work with culturally diverse adolescents and adults of all ages, dealing with various life stressors and mental health concerns. I intentionally run a small private practice to provide a focused client-centered approach to support the journey of healing and balance. If your desire healing, authenticity, and balance to live your best life.
I strive to gain a holistic understanding of my clients— strengths and difficulties, cultural influences, family context, and unique characteristics. I work collaboratively with clients; carefully and supportively challenging then to do their best work through a cognitive-behavioral, trauma informed and process-oriented approach.
