Hello! I am a licensed clinical psychologist, and I work with adults 18 or older with anxiety, trauma, difficult life experiences, and substance abuse. I offer a safe, kind, and emotionally supportive environment in which to explore and understand the impact that specific events or relationships have had on you and help you navigate a path forward towards recovery and strength; a life of your choosing.
I begin by assessing your specific needs and context. We will decide whether it makes sense for us to work together, and if so, collaborate to develop a treatment plan. My therapy is grounded in cognitive behavioral principles (CBT, ACT, EFT) while nurturing a nonjudgemental and compassionate relationship.
In practice, this means I will work with you to explore emotions and thoughts, and identify patterns in your life that may be causing problems.
