You may be coming into sessions feeling anxious due to your OCD, fearing that your intrusive thoughts reflect who you are. Nothing could be farther from the truth—you are not your OCD. During our sessions, I'll create a calm and supportive environment where you feel safe sharing your OCD experiences while making progress. Together, we can find the happiness you desire as you learn to manage OCD on your own. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD.
Our deep understanding of the nuances of OCD enables us to properly diagnose and treat it. Additionally, we have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues – this will depend on your preferences.
We'll get to know you and create a personalized plan to achieve your goals, with support from a community of peers to ensure you never feel alone.
