Have you been feeling down or just a bit off lately? Like things are just kind of blah or you're going through the motions? I am a warm, compassionate person who appreciates the unique experience of the person with whom I am working. It's important to tune in and be present and authentic with others, something I take the time to develop with my clients.
My approach to therapy is personalized to connect with my client and provide a safe, empathic environment to facilitate understanding and growth. It's important to me to understand my client as a whole. My goal is help the client feel less stuck and create movement towards a healthier mind.
My experience includes providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as work with Palliative Care, serious and persistent mental health, suicide loss, and behavioral medicine. I am trained in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders as well as EMDR.
